If your order is placed before 2pm we will despatch your order the same day unless otherwise agreed. This date is calculated from the receipt of order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands is a 3-5 days service.

For heavy or bulk products which require packing and distribution in the UK by pallet, we use Palletforce who have a network of 100 depots throughout the UK and Europe.
For lighter or individual products we use UPS, the largest express carrier and package delivery company in the world with operations in more than 200 countries.
For international bulk shipments you are welcome to arrange your own shipping or we will obtain a quotation from our shipping brokers on your behalf.
If preferred, orders may be collected from our warehouse from 09.00 -17.30 Mon-Fri by prior arrangement. Our warehouse is located 10 minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M6 (Sandbach).
