If your order is placed before 1pm we will despatch your order the same day unless otherwise agreed.
All deliveries to UK Mainland are despatched for Next Day Delivery (orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following day).
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands is typically a 3-5 days service.
Product prices shown on the site exclude delivery charges and VAT, which will be added at check out. Orders over £1500 (excluding VAT) qualify for free UK mainland deivery.
For heavy or bulk products which require packing and distribution in the UK by pallet, we use The Pallet Network who have a network of 143 depots throughout the UK and Europe.
For lighter or individual products we use UPS, the largest express carrier and package delivery company in the world with operations in more than 200 countries.
For international bulk shipments you are welcome to arrange your own shipping or we will obtain a quotation from our shipping brokers on your behalf.
If preferred, orders may be collected from our warehouse from 09.00 -16.00 Mon-Fri by prior arrangement. Our warehouse is located 10 minutes drive from Junction 17 or 18 of the M6 motorway in Cheshire.
